1. Copyright
1.1. The copyright notice © displayed on the pages of the www.techarena.lt online store means that copyright applies to all pages, including graphics, text and all other content. In accordance with international copyright law, all copyrights are protected whether or not a copyright notice is displayed.
2. Placing an Order
2.1. To order a product, click the ADD TO CART button next to the product you are viewing. Then open the CART to see the products you have selected. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to provide your details. Our quick registration form is simple and takes very little time to complete. Check once more that the delivery address is correct, then continue by selecting your delivery and payment methods.
3. Product Prices, Payment Procedure and Terms
3.1. All prices are stated in euros and include VAT. The Seller is not responsible for the exchange rate or any currency conversion applied by the bank in the Buyer's country when converting the amount into the Buyer's local currency.
3.2. Payments are currently accepted only by bank transfer or in cash when collecting the product.
4. Delivery Methods and Times
4.1. All products will be delivered by Venipak or DPD to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.
4.2. Products held at our Vilnius store are delivered within 1–2 business days in Lithuania. Products held in an external warehouse may take up to 5 business days to arrive. The Buyer can check the location and availability of a product in the online store. An order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer's email address. Deliveries are made on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 08:00 and 17:00.
4.3. The Buyer understands and agrees that, in exceptional circumstances, delivery may be delayed by unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller will contact the Buyer without delay and agree on the delivery arrangements. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement and receive a refund of all amounts paid if the Seller cannot deliver the product within the period specified in Clause 4.2.
4.4. The Seller will not be liable for a failure to meet indicative delivery times, or where products are not delivered or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or circumstances attributable to the Buyer.
4.5. At the time of delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the parcel together with the Seller or the Seller's authorised representative. The delivery and acceptance document confirms that the parcel was delivered in proper condition.
4.6. If the Buyer withdraws from the purchase agreement under these Terms and the product is free from defects and was not damaged during transport, the Buyer must bear only the direct cost of returning the product.
5. Product Quality Guarantee
5.1. Each product sold at www.techarena.lt has a description setting out its characteristics.
5.2. The Buyer understands that the colour, shape or other characteristics of products displayed in the online store may not correspond exactly to the actual size, shape or colour of the product due to the characteristics and settings of the Buyer's display. The Seller will not be liable for such differences.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. A Buyer who returns an unused product within 14 days of payment will receive a refund of the full amount paid.
Important: Electrical equipment of satisfactory quality purchased from a physical store and paid for in cash or by bank card cannot be returned. Further information about goods of satisfactory quality that cannot be exchanged or returned is provided in the Retail Trade Rules approved by Resolution No. 697 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001, as amended by Resolution No. 738 of 22 July 2014, and in the provisions of the Civil Code.
6.1.1. the product must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
6.1.2. the product must retain its saleable appearance;
6.1.3. the returned product must include the same complete set of items as was received by the Buyer.
6.2. The Seller has the right to refuse returned products if the Buyer does not follow the returns procedure established in this section.
6.3. The Buyer may return products in person to the address provided on the contact page.
6.4. Where a product is returned without cause and has no defects, after the Buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 business days of delivery or placement of the order, the Buyer bears the return shipping costs. The product must be accompanied by a free-form written request stating the order number.
6.5. If the Buyer purchased a product of unsatisfactory quality, the return costs will be borne by the Seller and the refund will be issued within 14 days.
